FOUNDER
Bronwyn Voyce is the Founder of Futures Foundry (formerly Civic Futures Lab), a specialist advisory firm focused on strengthening how product stewardship and circular systems operate in practice. She works with industry, national stewardship schemes and governments to design governance, funding and accountability models that make recovery systems viable, scalable and commercially credible.
Bronwyn brings deep cross-sector experience in battery, appliance and container stewardship systems, with a focus on cost recovery design, free-rider risk and long-term scheme viability. She is the author of Tackling the Invisible Climate Risk (Circularity for Climate, 2025), which exposes the hidden climate and financial liabilities embedded in refrigerants and end-of-life appliances — reframing appliance recovery as a systemic emissions, safety and market integrity issue.
With a background in regional economic development and public policy, Bronwyn brings practical insight into how regulatory intent translates into operating reality across waste, recycling and product stewardship systems.

But we’re not doing it alone. With the support of our Challenge Catalysts, we’re curating an exceptional talent pool of expert advisors and partners who are equally as action-oriented and interested in tangible outcomes as we are. Circularity for Climate is an initiative of Civic Futures Lab, an impact lab that works with ambitious brand leaders to solve real problems and amplify their impact. We merge our deep experience in civic innovation with cutting-edge approaches to sustainability and circularity to accelerate corporate Australia’s response to climate.
We have a track record for achieving tangible impact across the private, public and third sectors. Turning ideas into scalable solutions – we design and deliver to address the commercial, social and environmental challenges faced by our clients. We work with leaders in Corporates, Cities, Clubs and Community organisations who are ready to navigate complexity and make profound impact in the face of climate change.
Building on our successful Great Plastic Rescue Sustainability Partnership in 2022, in 2023 we have once again joined forces with the NSW EPA to further progress action on climate change. Our partnership focuses on supporting best practice and building collaborative processes to ensure industry in New South Wales is ready to adopt and scale circular strategies that are meaningful, feasible and in alignment with the state’s decarbonisation goals. Our successful partnership is rooted in a shared understanding that, to address the pressing challenge of achieving Net Zero, we need to find new way to support industry and the regulated community with the complexities of transition. As a trusted Sustainability Partner, Civic Futures Lab is committed to strengthening the EPA's regulatory role by supporting and informing future Regulatory Strategy and Policy through knowledge sharing and growing our mutual understanding of the challenges we all face.
Our Sustainability Partnership provides three New South Wales Challenge Leaders with a discounted “seat” at The Epic Circularity Challenge table.
